other therapeutic measures I have found to be helpful:
centering prayer, 20 min. a day
eating good food - lots and lots
exercising and being out in the sun
dressing up cute, even if it's just a trip to the post office
laughing uncontrollably
reading fiction and lonely planet travel guides
taking trips to places you've always wanted to go

blogging is seriously therapeutic... but the eating thing... I feel like I've gained 5 lbs this week! Hmm, maybe I haven't exercised as much as I need to...
